How good does my credit need to be to purchase a new home?

• You do not have to have perfect credit. Our financing is very flexible. It is not credit score driven.

• We set up homes in the greater North East and Central Florida and South East Georgia areas. 
  

What if I have an existing land home package but want to upgrade?

• Yes, we can help. We can pay off your existing mortgage, replace your current home and complete any necessary improvements to your land.
