There are four easy steps in a land home package.  The first step is to find a home that meets your family’s needs and fits comfortably into your budget.  You can accomplish this by visiting us at Sunrise Homes and viewing all of our models at your convenience.  Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be available to assist you at any time.

The second step is to arrange your financing with one of our low fixed rate interest loans.  We have very flexible financing to meet a variety of our homebuyers’ needs.

Once we get your financing arranged we will happily assist you in finding that perfect lot for your new home.  We can also assist you in obtaining a contract to secure the land.  We will arrange for the title search, appraisal, and survey to make sure there are no liens on the property and the value is compatible to the current market.

When all the above items are complete we will close on the loan to get the land deeded into your name and begin construction.

After the construction is complete and all inspections passed you will have your final closing, receive the keys to your new home and move in.  You will have one monthly payment for your land and home.  Then you can immediately begin to LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER.

This Land and Home process generally takes between eight to twelve weeks depending on variable conditions.
